Trick 1. Have a good breakfast
Have a good breakfast, nothing to start the day hungry. The first meal of the day should rely mainly on protein, something that helps keep the hormonal system in check.
Eggs, protein shake or plain yogurt are important to keep us satiated for a minimum of 3-4 hours. It is advisable to consume 15-20 grams of protein at breakfast.
