It is not an easy task for mom of two kids, working at home, with a cute but always hungry hubby. So we’ve got a problem, mom!

I have to find an easy and fast way to fit your body. The tips below may help you for four years to look good and even sexy. This is the quickest way to lose weight after birth series:
First:
Take care for your heart. It is not a heavy task so do not complain so much. Make a short list of cardio exercises and do 30 minutes cardio at least three times a week.
The days are not important but try to use a day off after each exercises.
Second:
The vitamins are very important for the health body. You have to choose healthy and fresh food – vegetables, fruits, fish. Forget the Big Mack and double Coke, really!
Third:
It is important to keep the water balance in your body. The water is the main component to clean up your system. You should drink a lot of water – at least 2 litters in a day.
Fourth:
To be a mom is not an easy task. We always make plans and always do not have enough time to get into schedule. It is not unusual to be hungry or just to miss a meal. That is wrong.
You have to feed your body regularly so always carry a healthy snacks for you in the purse.
Fifth:
No matter if you are WAHM that does not mean that you are working all day at home. A lot of people hardly believe that I am leaving home and meet customers – finally I am work AT HOME mom ;-)
When you’re outside do not buy food. Take a healthy sandwich or just an apple from home.
Sixth:
Do you love tea? If not try to recover this ancient beverage. The tea is times more useful than coffee so if you want the men to turn back after you replace the coffee with tea.
Seventh:
This one is important yeah. As the vegetables are the fastest way to provide your body with vitamins you’ll have to include a lot of vegetables in your diet.
Eat vegetables anytime – one cucumber is much better than a fat hamburger.
Eighth:
To work at home with kids is a big stress you know. If you’re trying to come back into shape it is times harder. You really need to relax.
Check in the fitness club for some yoga class. Yoga is a really very good way to relax and to recharge your batteries.
Ninth:
Take your 10 times to meet with yourself. Each evening mediate for 10 minutes before go to bed. The meditation will help you to clear your mind, to lower the stress and to help your body to take rest during the nigh. (OK at lest for the part of it till the baby sleeps)
Tenth:
What will you doing today mom? Cleaning again?
Let me whisper you an idea – turn cleaning into a work-out. When you clean try to make it systematically and to concentrate on your body.
Cleaning is a great exercise for your legs, arms and back, so do not take this idea for granted!
To be a work at home mom is not an easy job but you can’t just quit or take a vacation. You have to combine all – to take care for your family and to feel good.
Taking care for your body and mind you’ll be able to do everything you need and to enjoy the most important thing we have – the children!
